Frank has 18 years of experience working in enterprise GIS with municipal and provincial governments, utilities, and education sectors. His areas of expertise are Geodatabase administration and design, spatial analysis, enterprise GIS implementation, and GIS data conversion. He has strong communication, leadership, interpersonal, and problem solving skills. He has worked on projects including implementing and maintaining a distributed ESRI Geodatabase environment, geographic auditing of municipal services, and implementing enterprise asset data models into the GIS landscape.
Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a major in Geography, from Saint Mary’s University, an Advanced Diploma in Geographic Information Systems from the Nova Scotia Community College. He is an Esri certified Geodata Management Enterprise Associate, and has an ITIL Foundation v3 certificate for IT best practices. He also volunteers as a school chess coach.
Neil has over 10 years of enterprise experience with municipal and federal governments, private corporations and Fortune 500 companies. Neil has a diverse technical background specializing in GIS application design and development, solution architecture, GIS site administration and spatial data processing. Neil has the ability to understand and analyse complex problems and deliver maintainable solutions that help organizations move forward.
Neil holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Acadia University and possesses an Advanced Diploma in Geographic Information Systems from the Nova Scotia Community College. He is an Esri certified Web Application Developer Associate.
